Don Marcial, a devoted coffee producer situated in the northern region of Cajamarca, is committed to the cultivation of top-tier coffee. His 2-hectare farm in San José de Lourdes, a key coffee-producing area, adheres to meticulous management practices resulting in coffee scoring 86 points or higher. The farm, established four years ago, serves as both residence and workplace for Don Marcial, who is a father of four. Despite completing only primary education, he has been actively engaged in coffee cultivation since childhood. Aged 44, Don Marcial represents the second generation of coffee farmers in his family. His father made the transition from sugarcane cultivation for spirits in Cutervo to coffee over 40 years ago in Nuevo Trujillo.
